(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for quashing of complaint No.NACT 39-2019 dated 25.01.2019 titled as Harinder Singh vs Jageer Kaur Randhawa, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (Annexure P-3); impugned summoning order dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) as well as order of proclamation dated 19.03.2020 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, District Kapurthala. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
