**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the condition imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, vide order dated 24.01.2019 (Annexure P-1), with regard to deposit of the passport, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Reply by way of an affidavit dated 22.05.2019 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute was between the husband and wife, which has now been settled and, thus, he wants to withdraw the present petition.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as withdrawn.
