(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 64 of 18.03.2016, under Sections 498A/406/506/504/323 IPC, registered at P.S. City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that the complainant has refused to accept some gold items which were recovered in the Mediation Centre at Dabwali. Today, some gold ornaments have been given by the petitioner in the Court today to father of the complainant, which have been accepted. Subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a surety of Rs.1 lacs before the trial Court, order dated 22.04.

2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
