Present:

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bawa, Advocate, for the petitioner. GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

However, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the co-accused already stands acquitted, the trial Court would be expected to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of less than 1 year.

Since all the PWs are mainly official witnesses, the prosecution is directed to ensure their presence on the dates as may be fixed by the trial Court for recording their statements. VIMAL KUMAR 2024.02.29 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
