*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from HC Major Singh. He states that recoveries have been effected from the petitioners, therefore, they are not required for further investigation by the local police.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 26.3.2018 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
