(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have given their statements before police as well as affidavits Annexure P-1 to the effect that they have no objection to the marriage of their son namely Brijender with Reena daughter of Dinesh. He further submits that in spite of the abovesaid affidavit having been filed, police officials are unnecessarily harassing the petitioners. He submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 4.4.2015 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioners, within a reasonable time.

Criminal Misc.M-11480 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Range, Rohtak-respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, including the threat perception, raised vide their representation dated 4.4.2015 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
