(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.583 dated 30.10.2017, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 IPC at Police Station Civil Line Rohtak, District Rohtak (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 25.02.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 03.04.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned CJ (JD)-cum-JMIC, Rohtak, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.247 dated 03.04.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak, vide letter bearing No.3075 dated 03.04.2019. CJ (JD)-cum-JMIC, Rohtak, is satisfied that compromise has been entered into voluntarily between the arties without any pressure or coercion from any corner and same is valid. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of ld. CJ (JD)-cum-JMIC, Rohtak, dated 03.04.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.583 dated 30.10.2017 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Disposed of accordingly.
