Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 2 dated 08.01.2019, registered under Section(s) 420 & 406 IPC at Police Station Division No. 2, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had allegedly received an amount of Rs.50,000/-, which he is ready to refund to the complainant even.

Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the allegations that complainant was victim with the allurement to provide job and in furtherance of that, he was handed over an employment letter as Peon, which was found to be a forged one, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
