The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 10.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kalka, whereby, the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court, however, prays that her bail application should be decided on the very same day. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has further prayed that bail application of the petitioner be considered by keeping in mind her age and also on the ground of parity as the other accused Ravinder PARUL 2024.03.04 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Singh has already been granted the concession of bail.

In light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 11.03.2024 and in case, the petitioner applies for grant of regular bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously preferably within one working day in accordance with law and keeping in view the assertions recorded in para 3 of this order.
