(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 43 dated 21.07.2015 registered under Sections 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Mattewal, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further interrogation as he got effected the recovery of weapon of offence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 19.04.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
