(Oral) In consonance with the order passed on the last date, notice had been issued to the appellant, but however, as per office report, notice has been received back with the report 'unserved incomplete address'. Perusal of the paperbook reveals about the address of the appellant to have been mentioned as resident of Palwal, Tehsil Palwal, District Faridabad. The same address has been mentioned, even before learned Tribunal, as evident from the copy of Award, coming on record. In the given circumstances, none is making appearance on behalf of the appellant. Even, the address given is incomplete. As such, the appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution, with the clause of revival, as and when somebody makes appearance on behalf of the appellant.
