Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain typographical errors in the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition detailing out the other FIRs against the petitioner.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
