(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.01.2013 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib whereby interim maintenance allowed to petitioner No.1 by learned JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib to the tune of Rs.2500/- per month has been reduced to Rs.1000/- per month and interim maintenance awarded to petitioner No.2 to the tune of Rs.2500/- per month has been allowed till 25.05.2010 only.

Heard.
