Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Advocate, for respondent No.2. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.01.2013 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib whereby interim maintenance allowed to petitioner No.1 by learned JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib to the tune of Rs.2500/- per month has been reduced to Rs.1000/- per month and interim maintenance awarded to petitioner No.2 to the tune of Rs.2500/- per month has been allowed till 25.05.2010 only.
Heard.
