Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this petition, the dispute between all the accused and respondent No.2 has been resolved amicably. A settlement has been arrived at between the parties. CRM No.M-45568 of 2016 (Naveen Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and another) has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.313 dated 03.08.2014 under Sections 498A/406 IPC, Police Station Sadar Rohtak, on the basis of the said settlement.

In view of the abovesaid settlement, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
