Petitioners have filed this petition seeking protection of their life and liberty on the ground that they have married against the wishes of their parents.

Learned State counsel submits that statement of petitioner no. 1 has been recorded. She stated that she would like to accompany her mother.

Similar statement has been made by learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 6.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any.
