This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.66 dated 04.07.2019 registered under Sections 447, 427, 147 and 149 IPC at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga and all further proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges framed against him. He has placed on record the copy of judgment dated 28.10.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, which is taken on the record.
