(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for direction to respondents No.2 and 3 protect the life and liberty of the the petitioner and his family members and not to harass them at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 11.02.2015 (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
