(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of the regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.194 dated 14.12.2021 under Section 307, 452, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered with Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a no injury case and a compromise has been effected between the parties. Mr. Nikhil Kaushik, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. The aforesaid facts have been confirmed by the learned counsel for the complainant.
I have heard the rival contentions of both the parties. In view of the above, since the matter has been compromised between the parties and no injury has been attributed to the petitioner, no further incarceration of the petitioner is required.
