This writ petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 15.02.2019 passed by respondent No.3 whereby respondent No.6 was ordered to join at the post of PGT (Sociology) at Government Senior Secondary School Chiri, Rohtak, where the petitioner was already working. Notice of motion was issued in this writ petition on 21.02.2019 with an interim direction that petitioner shall not be relieved from the present place of posting and that respondent No.6 may be adjusted at any other place against a vacant post.

Learned counsel for the State submits that this writ petition is OMKAR SINGH 2022.06.02 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

CWP No.4641 of 2019 [2] rendered infructuous in view of order dated 23.04.2019 whereby respondent No.6 had been adjusted at Government Senior Secondary School Sherpur, Gurugram. Photocopy of order dated 23.04.2019, furnished in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she does not have any instructions in this matter.

Be that as it may, in view of order dated 23.04.2019 this writ petition is indeed rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.

However, liberty is afforded to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in this case within four weeks in case of subsistence of any grievance in the matter.
