Counsel further submits that even the zimni orders have not been uploaded on the web page of the Court which corroborates the high handedness of the concerned Presiding Officer.

Given the convic8on before the trial Court in one case, nothing survive in the present applica8on or main pe88on. As such, the main pe88on is taken on board today itself and disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. All pending applica8ons, if any also stands disposed of.
