*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash transfer order dated 17.01.2020(Annexure P-3) qua petitioner, vide which he has been transferred from Babarpur to Samalkha. 2.

While issuing notice of motion, vide an order dated 24.02.2020, stay was granted on the impugned transfer order. More than 3 years have passed since then. However, petitioner has been continuing as Food and Supplies Sub Inspector at Babarpur (Panipat) by virtue of interim stay granted by this Court. Interim stay has already outlived its utility period and/or mitigating circumstances, if any. 3.

No grounds for further indulgence are made out. 4.

Dismissed.
