R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions respondents No. 2 and 3 not to illegally harass and humiliate the petitioner and his family members, at the instance of respondent No. 4-Daljeet Kaur.

The status report by way of affidavit of Ms. Rupinder Kaur Bhatti, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nawanshahar Sub Division, District SBS Nagar, has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today and the same be taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that it has been stated in the affidavit that complaint made by respondent No. 4 against petitioner has been found to be false. On instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh, learned State submits that there is no fresh complaint at the instance of respondent No. 4 pending against the petitioner.
