1. Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2024, under Sections 452, 323, 341, 427, 506, 148, 149 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Tibba, District Ludhiana.

2. The petitioners are stated to be relatives of one Angita Rani, who is having a matrimonial discord with the complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, owing to a matrimonial dispute inter se petitioners' relative, namely, Angita Rani and her husband/complainant, though the petitioners had visited the house of the complainant for resolving the matrimonial dispute (supra) through convening a Panchayat, however, neither they were armed with any weapons, nor they forcibly entered in the house of the complainant.

6. Mr. Pardeep Bajaj, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab.

7. List on 04.04.2024.

8. In the meantime, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of their arrest, they shall be admitted to interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.  ,
