**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing the order dated 15.11.2011 (Annexure P-10) vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on a complaint filed by the wife.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the wife obtained an ex parte decree of divorce and has got married and the petitioner has put in appearance before the Court below.

In view of this the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 15.11.2011 (Annexure P-10) is quashed.
