(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to immediately register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per Rule 8(10) of the Haryana Evacuee Properties (Management and Disposal) Rules, 2011 dated 18.01.2011 (Annexure P-1) pertaining to property bearing khasra no.15//12/2 situated in Village Kunjpura, District Karnal.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 14.02.2025, the following order was passed:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an accommodation to place on record the relevant documents/revenue records to show that the land, regarding which petitioner had applied for transfer, is an evacuee land. HIMANI GUPTA 2025.05.13 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh At his request, adjourned to 06.03.2025."

On 18.03.2025, the matter was adjourned to today i.e. 12.05.2025 to enable the counsel for the petitioner to comply with order dated 14.02.2025, passed by this Court.

3.1 Today again, order dated 14.02.2025 has not been complied with and a request for adjournment has been made on behalf of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, which is totally unjustified. 4.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 14.02.2025, passed by this Court. 5.
