Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.142 dated 09.11.2018, registered under Sections 324, 323, 506, 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on), Police Station Maqboolpura, Amritsar.
