******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one. Learned State counsel opposes submission of learned counsel for the petitioner with the plea that despite grant of interim bail to petitioner vide order dated 10.05.2018 with direction to surrender before investigating officer, he has not joined the investigation so far. Vide order dated 10.05.2018, it was specifically ordered that in the event of petitioner's not surrendering before the police within two weeks, interim relief allowed to him in this petition shall stand withdrawn and investigating officer will be at liberty to take him into custody. Admittedly, the petitioner has not surrendered before the Investigating Officer so far and has not complied with the order dated 26.03.2018 and 10.05.2018.
