It is worth-while to mention here that on 14.03.2024, the parties had remained unrepresented and therefore, notices were ordered to be issued to them.

As reported by the Registry, the notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that he was not found to be residing at the given address and the notice issued to the respondent has also been received back with the similar report.

In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the instant appeal for want of prosecution. Resultantly, the same stands dismissed accordingly.
