The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 30.10.2017 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in case Criminal Complaint bearing No.COMI/51/2016 dated 14.06.2016 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 312, 341, 355, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Annexure P-1).

Vide order of even date passed in connected petition (CRM-M10423-2023), the main Criminal Complaint bearing No.COMI/51/2016 dated 14.06.2016 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 312, 341, 355, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all YOGESH SHARMA 2023.07.04 14:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

2023:PHHC:083299 CRM-M-10390-2023 (O&M) subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, has been quashed on the basis of the compromise and the statements of the parties recorded before the Trial Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that since the main complaint has since been quashed in connected petition (CRM-M10423-2023), the impugned order dated 30.10.2017 passed by the JMIC, Dasuya, Hoshiarpur declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender deserves to be set aside.

Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2 does not dispute the above contention of learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Vide order of even date passed in connected petition (CRM-M10423-2023), the main Criminal Complaint bearing No.COMI/51/2016 dated 14.06.2016 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323, 312, 341, 355, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, has since been quashed on the basis of the compromise and the statements of the parties recorded before the Trial Magistrate. Accordingly, in view of the compromise between the parties, the impugned order dated 30.10.2017 passed by the JMIC, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender, is also set aside/quashed.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
