HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Reply by way of affidavit dated 05.04.2021 has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 wherein it has been stated that in compliance of order dated 09.09.2020, the claim of the petitioner for re-fixation of salary has been considered and vide order dated 14.09.2020, the pay has been refixed. Vide pay order dated 27.11.2020, arrears of Rs.3595/- has also been paid to the petitioner.

In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
