In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8. Heard.

Petitioner No.2 is hereby directed to make necessary arrangement for fixed deposit of a sum of `3.00 lacs in some nationalized bank in the name of petitioner No.1Bavita Sharma within a period of two months from today. The said FDR shall be for a period of 5 years. Petitioner No.2 is directed to deposit copy of the FDR in the Registry within a period of two months from today. In case, he fails to do so, Registry is directed to list the matter on 08.05.2019.
