The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 04.01.2024 (Annexure P-7) whereby her candidature for allotment of Retail Outlet (R.O.) Dealership has been cancelled.

The petitioner pursuant to advertisement dated 28.06.2023 applied for allotment of Retail Outlet Dealership. She was provisionally selected under Group-1. The respondents vide communication dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-5) asked her to file certain rectified documents. She, on 23.12.2023 uploaded requisite information, however, respondents vide communication dated 04.01.2024 rejected her candidature. 3.

candidature. She has submitted representations dated 06.01.2024 and 12.01.2024, however, respondents have not responded to those representations. She is left high and dry despite no fault on her part. 4.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Advocate for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, who on advance notice is present in Court, accepts notice and waives service. He submits that petitioner was given sufficient time to rectify documents, however, she failed to upload requisite information. Nevertheless, competent authority would look into her representations and pass an appropriate order, if not already passed, within two weeks from today.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.
