The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29550-2025, whereby respondent No.1 was directed to decide the representation dated 09.09.2025 filed the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 30.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29550-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 22.04.2026 of Dr. Hitinder Kaur, Director, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, along with speaking order dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure R-1/T), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 09.03.2026.
