MADAAN Present:- Mr. Vaibhav Sehgal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a necessary direction be issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the matter the grievances of the petitioner and then to take necessary action in the matter. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to probe the grievances as contained in Annexure P6 and P7 of the petitioner himself or get it enquired from some Gazetted Police Officer, and then to take necessary action as per law so warranted by the circumstances within a period of three months from today.
