**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the selection/result list dated 01.01.2023 (Annexure P-9) and directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Storekeeper. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against advertisement No.12/2019, the petitioner had applied for the post of Storekeeper (Category No.18), under Backward Class-A (BCA) Category; that the test for the said post was conducted on 20.02.2020 and that, though, the petitioner had the requisite experience certificate, yet his candidature was rejected by the respondent-Department. Notice of motion.
On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to file a representation in respect of his grievances AMAN JAIN 2023.02.24 13:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-3803-2023 (O&M) -2before the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission-respondent No.1 and confines his prayer to the issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to decide the said representation within a period of time. Learned State counsel has no objection in allowing the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the petitioner may file a representation before Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission-respondent No1 within 15 days from today, for redressal of his grievance, if so advised. On his doing so, Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commissionrespondent No1, is directed to decide the same within eight weeks of the receipt of the said representation, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
Disposed of in the above terms.
