CRM-M-11618 of 2015 This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.204 dated 30.08.2014 registered under Sections 341/307/325/506/34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is behind bars since 09.10.2014 and trial is not likely to be concluded in the near future.
