(Oral) Petitioner has filed by the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 to 3, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4 and further to conduct the proper investigation in case FIR No.274 dated 26.09.2014, under Section 376 IPC, registered at Police Station City Ferozepur. Today, learned State counsel has placed on record the reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Harinder Singh, DSP (City), Ferozepur. As per the reply, on the basis of enquiry report (Annexure R-1), the cancellation report has been prepared in the present case on 25.12.2014 Naresh Kumar 2017.03.22 11:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh and the same has been approved by the SSP, Ferozepur.

CRM-M-12624-2016 -2In view of above-said stand taken by the respondent(s)-State, the present petition is hereby disposed of by giving directions to the respondent(s)-State to file the cancellation report before the concerned Court, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certifiied copy of this order.
