(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., is for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. NACT/34632/2022, under Sections 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (as amended upto date) dated 11.05.2022, registered on 17.05.2022 titled as Rahul Grewal Vs. Dhirender Yadav, filed before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising thereform including the summoning order dated 15.07.2022 (Annexure P-2). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are few inadvertent mistakes in the petition and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
