Prayer in this petition is for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.126 dated 12.07.2016 under Sections 342/363/366A IPC (Section 120B IPC added subsequently), registered at Police Station Chhansa, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Tusha Kant, submits that prosecution evidence in this case is complete and the matter is fixed before the learned trial court on 15.01.2018. Keeping in view the stage of trial, no ground is made out for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner, at this stage. Dismissed.
