NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Harjit Singh, son of Santokh Singh, resident of House No. 206/13, Mohalla Shergarh, Kapurthala, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Section 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 152, dated 5.7.2012, registered at Police Station, City, Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Major Singh of Police Station, City, Kapurthala, submits that in PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.09.17 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-11634-2015 compliance with the order dated 27.4.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in the present case. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record.

Keeping in view totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 27.4.2015 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
