******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move application before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana for registration of FIR against accused on the basis of complaint, which has already been filed with the State. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is, however, made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be interpreted as direction for registration of FIR. On receipt of representation from the petitioner, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana will take action in accordance with law.
