This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 17.01.2020 granting permission by respondent No.3 to set up brick kiln by relaxing the parameters of the distance from the residential houses and other establishments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been filing representations and objections to the respondent)authorities from the very beginning but the same have not been taken into consideration while granting permission to run the brick)kiln. 3.
Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent)State of Haryana submits that the respondent)authorities shall look into all these aspects while considering the objections raised by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana and without entering into the merits of the case or making any comments upon the merits thereof, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondent)authorities to the effect that in case the petitioner files a representation before the respondent) authorities against the grant of permission to respondent No.9, the said authority shall look into the matter, gave an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
