*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 27.12.1993 and 28.08.1997 (Annexures P-9 and P-11 respectively). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since respondent No.3 has vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the petitioner, accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
