(ORAL) Petition was filed in the year 1999, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash order dated 24.04.1998 conveyed to the petitioner through letter dated 16.06.1998 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent No.2 declining grant of employment to the petitioner as a dependent of a deceased Government employee.
