(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 16 dated 27.02.2017 under Sections 354, 354-B, 323 IPC, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, Police District Batala. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 20.04.2017 :- "Notice of motion for 12.07.2017.

Till the next date of hearing, petitioner will not be arrested."

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
