The same has been opened, perused and on comparison with cut off 144 for the post of Accountant (M.C) in Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula, under General Category, the petitioner has obtained 136 marks, therefore, has not been able to come within the zone of consideration. In such circumstances, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition and accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
