The petitioner was facing trial at the instance of complainant Harsharan Kaur who had suffered injuries due to rash and negligent driving of a motorcycle by the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has permanent residency of Canada and therefore, he has to periodically go back to seek its revival.
