**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.0325 dated 16.04.2016, registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar, Haryana.

Perusal of the record would show that this case was adjourned on earlier occasion as learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify whether the order declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender is being assailed in some proceedings or not.
