**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has paid the entire amount. In support of his assertion, he has circulated in the Court today chart of payments made, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents states that only principal amount has been paid by the petitioners and an amount of `9,10,000/- towards interest and `3,40,000/- towards expenses are still outstanding against the petitioners. He further states that the petitioners have also approached the learned DRT for redressal of his grievance and he cannot avail both the remedies simultaneously. CWP-5666-2021 record. Keeping in view the nature of controversy involved in the matter, we are not inclined to issue notice of motion at this stage. In this view of the matter, learned DRT is directed to consider the case of the petitioners expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Disposed of in the above terms.
Keeping in view the fact that the principal amount stands paid and the issue of only interest and miscellaneous charges remains to be settled, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners till the finalization of the proceedings before the learned DRT.
