The present petition has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 100 dated 08.03.2023 under Sections 323, 376-D, 452 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 377 and 506 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak. 2.

Custody certificate dated 24.09.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage as the counsel for the State has pointed out that the material witnesses are yet to be examined. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate directions be issued to expedite the trial as in the PARUL 2025.09.29 09:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-8524-2025 (O&M) last one and a half year, only five witnesses have been examined out of 27 witnesses.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the charges were framed on 16.10.2024 and the trial is proceeding in accordance with law. 5.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, however, the trial Court shall make a positive endeavour to complete the trial in accordance with law.
